FORMATION OF CONFLICT ECONOMICS
Abstract
Economic confl ictology as a fi eld of institutional economic science is represented in the article. Authors discover the view of diff erent economic schools and scientists on contradiction for the gaining of fi nancial or material resources. You can see points of view of сlassic, Marxist and Austrian economic thought on the essence of economic confl ict. Authors also represent in detail Hirshleifer’s confl ict-cooperation interaction concept, which gives us an opportunity to get a new view on welfare distribution. As seen by classic economic theory view market is an alternative to the confl ict. Marx shows that all interactions contain competition and confl ict. Even if two parties reach an agreement they are contradicted to the third party. Also in the article you can fi nd mercantilism as one of the fi rst theories cultivating wars and confl icts to achieve economic and military power. Institutional theory represented by T. Veblen and J. Commons represents confl ict resolution concept using collective action or institutes. It gives us an idea of the contract which solves the contradictions of economic interests. Further in the article you can read the essence of economic confl ictology which cover confl icts on micro-, macro and international economic level. Subject and methodology are also discovered.
