Abstract

Th e Editorial Board continues the interviews with well-known scholars, professors of Institute of Philosophy, St. Petersburg State University on topical issues of national and world philosophy, philosophical problems of improvement of education in Russia, and the relationship between philosophy and politics. Th e executive editor of the St. Petersburg State University Bulletin Series 17, Igor Osipov, interviews the Honored Worker of Science of the Russian Federation, Head of the Department of philosophical anthropology, Ph.D., Professor Boris Markov.
