DEMATERIALIZATION OF CAPITALISM: GENERAL INTELLECT AND PRECARIAT

Abstract

Th is article is about the general conditions of philosophical refl ection of actual tendencies of capitalism development. Capitalism is refl ected in terms of Post-Fordism, autonomy of «living labour» from capital, «nonmaterial mode of production» and formation of general intellect as a new productive force. Critical view of actual philosophical refl ection of capitalism allows to defi ne contemporary capitalism through the hegemony of fi nancial capital («M-M’») and interpret general intellect in term of self-increasing value («Knowledge-Knowledge’»). Cognitive and fi nancial capitalism are refl ected as nonproductive activity which forms the situation of dematerialization of capitalism what leads to virtualization of the economical processes, which allows to defi ne contemporary capitalism as exclusively discursive/signed/digital reality.
