SOCIO-POLITICAL MECHANISM FOR REDUCING THE CONFLICT POTENTIAL OF THE MARKET
Abstract
Th e article focuses on the analysis of a socio-political mechanism for reducing the confl ict potential of market as a method of modern state organization; discloses a negative aspect of the market organization of society due to private property; indicates prospects of social policy as a way of organizing society that policy directly results from the public property and is substantially determined by it. Modern and universal way, by which we can reach tolerable conditions of existence of the individuals, is a market feature of which the confl ict is legitimated by society and received its designation as a competition. Confl ict as a way of being an individual, the confl ict as a means to an individual’s wellbeing, overlooked in the theoretical constructions of the ideologues of capitalism. Th is exclusion of the confl ict from the analysis of the market mechanism of the organization of modern society is a requirement of the existing relations themselves to eliminate the visible fact of reality, to ignore the negative eff ects of market organization. Th is is a requirement of the class, which itself cannot exist without confl ict, because it as such is its consequence. Th e socio-political mechanism for reducing the confl ict potential is due to the needs of market relations in the self-reproduction of capital and the needs of the reproduction of labor power. Th e contradiction between these processes is the confl ict in the prevention, which plays an important role in social policy. Social policy, having a positive impact on the living conditions of the employees, reduces the confl ict potential of the market and in this context social policy of the state is a universal policy which determines the state of society as a whole.
