ON THE REAL BASIS, IDEOLOGICAL PREMISES AND SIGNIFICANCE OF MIKHAIL LIFSCHITZ’S ONTOGNOSEOLOGY
Abstract
Th e article is dedicated to the one of the prominent thinkers of the Soviet period — Mikhail Lifschitz (1905–1983). He thought the October revolution to be the real basis of his activity, because it formed new social stratum of Soviet “intelligentsia”. Ideological premises of soviet culture, worked out by Plekhanov and Lenin, determined the genesis of Lifschitz’s ontognoseology, in particular, of his theory of truth as refl ection. Critical analysis of Lifschitz’s theory and it’s comparison with western philosophers and thinkers of the Russian silver age and with Ilyenkov’s and Linkov’s ideas aff ords to determine the place and role of Mikhail Lifschitz’s ontognoseology in the history of Russian philosophical culture.
